Ok maybe not, but it’ll at least get you thinking about your approach to living and mindset for a little while. I’m not sure how I heard about it or if someone recommended it to me. I know that I’m a huge non-fiction/self-help nerd, so I had a feeling I would dig it. And dig it I do.
The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin follows the author’s 12 month quest to discover how to be happier. It’s unlike any self-help type of book that I have ever read. Let’s just say it was good enough that I bought the sequel immediately after it was released. Favorite quote from the book, “The days are long but the years are short.” So true.
Not only did I acquire a new favorite read, I learned about a whole other genre of non-fiction that I love. Stunt Non-Fiction, have you heard of it?
