Tips for busy moms, this toolkit offers some really awesome advice on busy mom must-haves (especially the one about dry shampoo!)

Let’s face it, life is busy for everyone. Between work schedules, kid’s schedules, and various other happenings, things can get pretty hectic. I find myself constantly seeking the help of a few key items, some more than others (especially when it comes to immune support!), to make my life as a busy mom a little easier. Between my schedule as a blogger, dance teacher, and co-director at the dance studio and Bean’s schedule we are always on the go.

Bean isn’t even 4 years old yet, and I’m already juggling preschool, dance, and gymnastics. I might play a part in creating that crazy schedule, but luckily she likes to be busy! Each activity that she’s involved in has played a key role in helping her step out of her social and separation anxiety. She’s practically a different kid.

But enough about Bean, let’s talk about tools!

DRY SHAMPOO | It’s time for me to get real. There are some weeks that I go 3 maybe 4 days between washing my hair. I’ve got a naturally dry scalp and with platinum blonde hair, it just doesn’t get greasy that quickly. Dry shampoo is awesome for those in-between days. It helps sop up extra oil and give it a little lift.

K-CUPS | What mom can go-go-go without a little help? K-cups are my favorite because it’s so easy to pop one in the Keurig while I’m getting everything together to head out the door. When it’s done brewing I just throw a lid on my to-go cup and I’m off!

PLUM ORGANICS POUCHES | Between preschool, nap time, and dance class, a lot of Bean’s snacks are on the go. These pouches make on the go snack time easy and more nutritious. Plus, the more of these Bean has in the car, the less goldfish crumbs end up mashed into the floor and seats.

WATER BOTTLE | Drinking more water is always a health goal of mine. I bought this fancy water bottle in the hopes that it would encourage me to drink more water.

POCKET HAND SANITIZER | I will admit, I am a germaphobe. And these little pocket hand sanitizers that they put at the checkout counter at Bath & Body Works always suck me in. “5 for $5?! They’re practically giving them away!”

ESTER-C 500mg SUPPLEMENT | When you’re a busy mom on the go, you’ve got to make sure that your immune system is in tip-top shape. I keep mine humming along with Ester-C.

Immune support just might be the most important tool in this kit. It’s hard to keep up with a busy life that’s why it’s important to be your best when you’re always on the go. I urge you to check out the supplement aisle at Walmart and pick up a box of Ester-C (it’s on Rollback!)
