I had an epiphany last night after a day of thirfting.
I, BreAnna, am a hardcore thrifter.
And I tell myself some pretty ridiculous things to justify my purchases. I need to know that I’m not the only crazy one out there… where my fellow thrifter sisters at? (hey, I kinda like that hehe)

Don't feel bad, I do that ALL THE TIME. And then I ask myself, “How cheap am I that I can't pay FULL PRICE at a thrift store?” lol

just yesterday i wouldn't buy something because it was the wrong color tag. i felt like an idiot but i couldn't justify it haha.

I wouldn't even feel the need to justify my purchases if I didn't visualize “the look” my hubby gives me any time he hears me say, “well, I went thrift store shopping today…”

Oh you are so not alone! I'm a fellow thrifter as well, and I definitely justify most of my purchases, and sometimes (ok most times) they are not even as rational as yours are!

Yes! I am so guilty of that, too. Hey, we're helping out the community with our donations, right? 🙂
I always tell myself I am going to send ill fitting items to the tailor…and I never do. And then the items get re-donated after a few months. So, I pretty much donate a few dollars to the thrift store every so often.
